These Terms govern your use of infinityoverland.com and the purchase of products from InfinityOverland. By using our site, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.

2. Products and Pricing
Product Descriptions:
We strive to accurately describe our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free.
Pricing:
All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Availability:
Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Custom Products:
Custom fabricated parts are made to order and may have longer lead times. Specifications will be confirmed before production begins.
3. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance:
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Payment:
Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure third-party payment processors. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This does not constitute order acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship your order.
4. Shipping
Shipping Times:
We aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days for in-stock items. Custom products may require additional production time. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Risk of Loss:
All items purchased are shipped FOB shipping point. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
International Shipping:
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.
5. Returns and Refunds
Return Window:
You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom fabricated parts made to your specifications
- Digital products (books, downloads) after download
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or installed products
Return Process:
Contact us at contact@ironscribe.co to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Warranties
Product Warranties:
Products are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated. We stand behind the quality of our work, but make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.
Custom Fabrication:
Custom parts are designed for off-road use and may not be suitable for street-legal applications. Customer is responsible for verifying compliance with local laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability
Use at Your Own Risk:
Off-road parts and modifications can affect vehicle performance and safety. Installation and use are at your own risk.
Liability Cap:
IN NO EVENT SHALL IRONSCRIBE STRATEGIES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
Installation:
Improper installation can result in damage or injury. We recommend professional installation. We are not liable for installation errors or resulting damage.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of IronScribe Strategies LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Digital products (including our Raptor book) are licensed for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell digital content.
No Refunds:
Digital products are non-refundable after download.
